Meet Jennifer & Ben...

I first met Jennifer when she came to my house all the way from LOUISVILLE! I have the wonderful opportunity to photograph their wedding at the end of May and I just know it's going to be so fun! Jennifer is having a fun piece of attire that I'm going to have some a great time photographing... I love originality, especially when it's in color :) Jennifer & Ben are such a sweet and FUN couple...and I think it shows in the photos... I hope you enjoyed the images I can't wait for May!

Amber & Ryan.... love is good....

So here lately I have been SLAMMED with engagement sessions! Amber & Ryan actually had their session probably over a month ago and I am just now blogging about it! I thought that maybe I would do just my favorites of each of those engagement sessions, but I love writing about my couples.... yes... I said "my couples." Just ask some of my past brides, I really get attached to my couples, especially the bride. I guess with emails and meetings and sessions, and of course, the big day, you really get to know the brides and they allow ME to be a part of these special times. Some of them cry to me, vent to me, laugh with me, and they truly are part of my life.... so yes, I'll say it again... "my couples" :)

Amber & Ryan are going to be one of "my couples." We did a studio and a downtown session and they allowed me to capture some of the most wonderful images... Thank you Amber & Ryan!

And here lately I have an obsession with fire escapes...

I just loved this one.... she was tippy-toeing to give him a little smooch :) Just look at her FLAWLESS skin.... soooo jealous...

Two of My FAVE Clients!

Here are two of the most adorable little kiddos. I am friends with their mom and dad.... me and dad are the same age and went to school together since the elementary days! Mom and me used to cheer on the same cheer squad back in high school and had sleepovers with all of our friends.... Needless to say, I am THRILLED that they bring their children to me. Jackson and Kennedy are beautiful children, both inside and out. Kennedy will steal your heart with all her personality.... see below photos... LOL. Jackson is just handsome as can be. He's always calm during his sessions... but he does like to have his eye on his mama... nothing wrong with that... sometimes mom just has to step away for a minute so I could get some of his attention :) I LOVE these kids.... Megan and Josh, thank you so much for bringing them to me!

And at one point in the session, Kennedy just turned on for us :) Mom and me were laughing so hard at her. She's precious.

It's always a blast here at the studio :)

And, of course, Kennedy always dances for me when she comes... here she is in action!

Beautiful Easter Kiddos!

This was my best Easter turn-out in the last three years! I had so many new clients (thank you all so much for this opportunity!!!) And each one was sooooo beautiful! I have never had so many beautiful children to work with, and I am so appreciative of each and every one of them. These were my favorites of the Easter Sessions.


I loved this little girl! I always imagined my little girl having dark hair and dark eyes, my two boys look NOTHING like me... blondes with baby blues! I guess that's why I was drawn to lil miss O! Loved this one of him... he's having such a great time!

How handsome is he????

He was soooo gentle with the animals! He reminded me so much of my little Carter... they're around the same age and at the most cuddly stage!

Had to be one of my faves from his session... he was pure perfection to work with.

Isn't she also a beauty? I'm telling you.... every child that came to me was so perfect.

Oh! And Calvin! I loved his little voice. He was one of the sweetest children I have met. He even brought his favorite stuffed animal with him.... a lamb! It went perfect with the theme of the session.

And Mr. Davon! Davon has been coming to me for awhile now... and he and my Carter are going to be best friends in school.... we just know it :)

And I'm going to be a little biased to these next images.... these are my babies! Lane and Carter. Carter wasn't feeling the session, so he was sitting in my lap pretty much the entire time. I did get a couple good ones of him, but Lane always plays the camera up. And he is in LOVE with these animals! Everytime he goes missing at the house.... we know to go to the utility room because he's playing with the ducks!

Here are two of the sweetest little boys! Mom has been bringing them to me since last year and I am getting a little attached to them :) Kinley has grown sooo much since his first appointment. He has taken on the role of a little man. I remember when he first came to me he had the cutest baby chub... now he has a hair cut and was walking all over the place! And let's not forget big brother, Peyton. Peyton has the most gorgeous skin and is so wonderful to work with. This was mostly Kinley's session, as mom just wanted a few of Peyton since he had his first session with me back in October. They are both such little cuties! Here are my favorites...
